The first signs of pregnancy include the absence of menstruation, fatigue and morning sickness. Of course the signs of pregnancy vary from woman to woman and the best way to find out whether you are pregnant or not is to take a pregnancy test and eventually consult your physician, for an accurate result. Pregnancy is usually a stressful time. You can reduce your stress by resting, eating regularly, drinking lots of water, and resisting any impulses to drink alcohol, smoke or take drugs (unless they are prescribed by your doctor). It is important for a pregnant mother to eat well, in order to contribute to her baby's growth and development.

Though pregnancy is a time of challenge and worry, it can also be a joyous time when you are fully informed.
