Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of fear, apprehensiveness or worry that comes as a normal reaction to stress. Anxiety may be justified and in that case it helps one overcome a difficult situation.

But when Anxiety is an excessive, unjustified dread of quotidian situations, dominating the person's thinking, it has become a disabling disorder that needs proper treatment. Signs of anxiety include: excessive worry and dread, an unrealistic view of problems, irritability, sweating, tiredness, difficulty concentrating etc. Anxiety disorders cannot be prevented.Still, the symptoms can be lessen or controlled by reducing consumption of products that contain caffeine, daily exercises and a balanced diet. Don't let your everyday life become a never-ending state of worry, fear and dread.
